Delete Your Account & Data
You're in control of your AutiLearn account and any data linked to it.
Delete it in the app
Open AutiLearn, go to the Grown-up door, tap the Settings (gear) icon, and choose Delete Account. This removes your account and data immediately.
If you no longer have the app installed, contact us at autilearnkids@gmail.com from your account email and we'll process the deletion for you.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your account, its connection to any linked family, and your message history from our servers within 30 days, except where we're required to retain limited records for legal or safety compliance.
A child's progress, session notes, Skill Node customizations, and custom Talk cards are stored only on the device where they were created — they're not held on our servers, so this request doesn't reach them. To remove that data, clear AutiLearn's app data or uninstall it from the device itself.
